Pourquoi la Municipalité de Lac-Simon exige pas aux commerces de proteger nos cours d'eaux, rouisseaux & lacs?

Pourquoi la Municipalité de Lac-Simon ne registre pas nos cours d'eaux, rouisseaux & lacs avec une etude de characterization de milieu humid?
