Stop shoreline destruction

Yet another example, of yet another property owner, one of many, who is severely altering the shoreline yet again.
Shoreline destruction must stop.

????Questions????
How much destruction of the original shoreline can property owners accomplish before the water quality of Lac Simon deteriorates?
At what point does it become irreversible, i.e. the tipping point?
What are the triggers?
What will be the feedback loops that decrease water quality?

Ministère du Développement durable de l'Environnement et des Parcs
Direction régionale de l'Outaouais
98, rue Lois
Gatineau (Québec) J8Y 3R7

Who gave permission for this environmental shoreline destruction landscaping? Did the municipalité de Lac-Simon or the province de Quebec give the permits? Moreover, does the department of Environment of Quebec know if the work accomplished is actually within the allowable limits of the permit?

A question of jurisdiction: Does the the municipalité de Lac-Simon know when the department of Environment give these permits?
